Hays CISD enter partnership with builder to provide affordable housing for staff

Hays CISD will soon add affordable housing options for district teachers and staff. During a recent meeting, the Hays CISD board of trustees approved a master lease agreement with developer Upward Communities to build more than 300 homes.
