Jason has spent decades acquiring, subdividing, developing and selling land and real estate in Central Texas. As Chairman of Clearwater Resources, he also brings extensive management and operations experience to the team.

Jacob, founder of Nexjen Real Estate and former Director of Residential Properties at the Moinian Group, brings extensive experience in real estate development, acquisition, entitlements, and property management to the UC team. With a proven track record, he has successfully contributed to the development and management of over 3,000 residential units across the Northeast US.

Olivia has had a long and successful real estate career, most recently launching OBRE, an Austin-based brokerage firm. She has represented builders in the sale of more than 1,000 homes, and overseen more than 500 annual closings on average.

Over the last ten years, Alexander has founded and run venture-backed startups in the real estate, fintech, and marketing sectors. He has managed cross-functional teams on complex projects with dozens of stakeholders, and brings that operational experience to UC.
